Despite the work-from-home structure being almost a norm for two years now since the pandemic outbreak, there seems to still be a debate about how effective it is. For example, Elon Musk just wrote a memo to his Tesla employees instructing them to get back to their offices. Anyone who fails will have to rethink their position in the company.
