New PlayStation 5 and Xbox Consoles incoming

According to various gaming news outlets, Sony and Microsoft are planning to release new versions of the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles in 2023/24. The consoles are believed to support 8K visuals at 120Hz and have a GPU equivalent to AMD’s RX7700XT.

Do you think we already need new consoles considering how limited the first versions have been in stock, especially in Africa leading to high retail prices?

First of all,the gaming industry currently does not count Africa as a gaming continent so they don’t really care much for the low numbers of ownership here after all how many can actually afford it here ?
If they believe that releasing new versions will bring joy to their fans and will be profitable,then they will do it
